Cookie policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

In short: without your consent this site uses technical cookies only. Visit statistics are anonymous and use no cookies. No advertising tool runs until you allow it, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some make the site work — remembering that you have already chosen, keeping a session open — while others build a profile of your interests to show you targeted advertising. The former are necessary and need no consent; the latter are profiling cookies and, by law, cannot be installed before you have authorised them (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 8 July 2021).

2. Strictly necessary cookies

Always active: without them the site does not work or is not secure. No consent required.

it_consent This site Remembers the choice you made here, so we do not ask again on every visit 6 months
it_dash This site Keeps the session open in the reserved area. Concerns internal staff only, not visitors 8 hours
Cloudflare Turnstile Cloudflare Checks that the contact form is being filled in by a person and not an automated program. A security measure Session

3. Visit statistics (no cookies)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This is a deliberate choice: it sets no cookies, does not retain your IP address and does not follow you from site to site. That is why it needs no consent and does not appear among the toggleable categories. We declare it anyway, for transparency.

4. Marketing and profiling

Off by default. They run only if you authorise them, and they exist to show us which adverts bring people to the site and to re-show our products to people who have already visited. If you refuse, the site works in exactly the same way.

Not currently in use. The tools described below are planned but not yet active: at present no profiling cookie is installed, even if you give consent. We will update this page when we switch them on.

NameSet byPurposeDuration
_fbp Meta Platforms Ireland Recognises the browser between this site and Facebook/Instagram, to measure adverts and re-show products to people who visited 3 months
_gcl_au Google Ireland Attributes a visit or enquiry to a Google advert 3 months

Meta and Google act as independent controllers for the data they collect through these tools. Their notices: Meta · Google.

5. External content

Off by default. The contacts section contains a map provided by OpenStreetMap. We do not load it automatically: in its place you see a panel with a button. Loading it means your IP address reaches OpenStreetMap’s servers — a non-profit foundation that sets no advertising tracking cookies.

You can show it once by clicking the button on the map, or allow it permanently from preferences.

6. YouTube videos

Product videos are hosted on YouTube in no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and are not loaded when the page opens: they start only when you click a video, that is, when you expressly ask to watch it. From that point YouTube may use browser storage for playback. If you click no video, no data reaches YouTube.

7. How to change your choice

Click Cookie preferences — the link is also at the bottom of every page. You can turn each category on or off at any time: withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

You can also delete stored cookies from your browser settings. If you do, we will ask for your choice again on your next visit.
